Session Rates
Individuals: 45-minute individual therapy session- $150
Couples: 45-minute couples therapy session- $150
Families: 45-minute family therapy session- $150
Some situations are better served with 90-minute sessions at $300, particularly for family systems therapy and couples in affair recovery
Megan Medina Counseling PLLC is private pay only, but can provide documentation if your insurance reimburses you for out-of-network care. Contact your insurance provider for approval. (Make sure to specify for family or couples counseling, which often is not covered by insurance.)
Late Cancellation/No Show Fees:
Late Cancellations or Late Rescheduling (without 24-hour notice): half-rate fee
No Shows: (no notification until half-hour before or during scheduled appointment): full-rate fee
